Aventura Mall for its highly anticipated U.S. debut, opening its first location at Aventura Mall on October 2025. Launched in Buenos Aires in 2022, Norimōto has quickly become a culinary phenomenon, redefining how diners experience sushi through its fast, fresh, and interactive format.

Since its inception as a 14-seat bar in Buenos Aires, Norimōto has grown into a category- defining brand with multiple locations across Argentina and Uruguay, and now sets its sights on international expansion.
